Because many of our items are custom, personalized, or made to order, all custom and personalized items are final saleand cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization before submitting your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact The Daughters Boutique within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes, colors, spelling, or personalization information provided by the customer.
Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
